Surgical Care Specialist Job Opening

About the Role:

As a Surgical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree)
  • Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
  • BLS certification required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • One year of experience in a hospital setting (preferable for PRN positions)
  • Advanced certification in field of specialty (if applicable)
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
