Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lending Coordinator to join our team at Provident Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Real Estate Lending function, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the department's loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Facilitate the collection, tracking, and dissemination of financial information related to the CRE loan portfolio, including borrower/guarantor/property data.
  • Document Scanning and Management: Scan and catalog financial documents, appraisals, rent rolls, leases, and other relevant information required for loan portfolio management.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate and maintain loan and deposit activity reports, compile financial data summary status reports, and provide data to various areas as needed.
  • Database Management: Implement and maintain departmental databases to support ongoing loan portfolio and customer management.
  • Loan Document Review and Release: Review loan documents, prepare release forms for paid-off loans, and assist the Senior Commercial Lending Administrator with updating the new money/fee report.
  • Inter-Departmental Reporting and Reconciliation: Ensure accurate inter-departmental reports and reconcilements.
  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Provide support assistance, undertake complex duties, and resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in a related field, commensurate with job function.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Working Conditions

This role is typically performed in an office environment with moderate noise levels. The hazards are mainly those present in a normal office setting.
