Porter Position

**Job Details:** Porter Position at Superior Maintenance in Versailles, KY

**Salary Range:** $12.00 - $15.00 per hour (30 hours/week)

**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Porter at Superior Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. Your key responsibilities will include cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim; cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms; sweeping floors and spot sweeping carpets; and cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.

**Requirements:**

We are looking for an individual with less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training. You should have the ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. You must also be able to print and speak simple sentences.
