Overview
Precision Walls, Inc. is a leading provider of wall and ceiling services, dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. We seek a skilled Warehouse Manager to manage our Cary warehouse operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and employee development.

Job Description
This role involves:
1. Managing a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
2. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to company health and safety standards
3. Supervising tool and merchandise sales to field employees
4. Overseeing material inventory management and preparing lists of non-inventory items for purchasing
5. Investigating and documenting personal property damage, reporting incidents to corporate risk
6. Making independent recommendations on excess inventory disposal
7. Purchasing replacement tools and maintaining safety equipment, securing competitive rates from suppliers

Requirements
- At least five years of warehouse management experience
- Knowledge of NC DOT requirements
- Ability to lead people, develop strong customer relationships, and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, with ability to multi-task and focus
- Physically fit to handle daily activities, including lifting up to 75 pounds, walking, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, reaching, etc.

Estimated Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
