Saint Vincent Hospital offers a comprehensive 12-month New Graduate RN program focused on creating a solid foundation at the start of your nursing profession. Our innovative curriculum is designed to help you develop delegation and priority setting skills, holistic patient care through interdisciplinary communication, and valuable professional relationships.

As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work to provide safe and competent patient care, assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients, and supervising staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.

Our onboarding process includes a background check and pre-employment health screening, which includes a drug screen.

**Required:**

- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a nurse
- CPR certification
