We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Fantastic Sams Cut & Color of Central California.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service. They will also be expected to work behind the chair, providing hair cutting and coloring services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the salon team, including scheduling and training
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate inventory and ordering systems
• Monitor and improve salon performance
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals

Requirements

• Valid Arizona Cosmetology license
• Previous experience as a manager or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Point of Sale systems
