Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Casa Esperanza's Conexiones CSS Program. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide medical care and support to adults struggling with substance use disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Complete nursing assessments, COWS, and CIWA assessments upon admission
  • Monitor and record vital signs as needed, and maintain medical/nursing records
  • Work closely with the clinical team during MDT meetings to provide medical insight and support
  • Consult with staff and attend case conferences as needed
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director for medication reconciliation and management
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse
  • 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year of medication monitoring experience
  • Experience with EHR systems
  • Knowledge of best practices from the American Society of Addiction Medicine
  • Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment for substance use disorders
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 11pm-7am. The pay range for this role is USD per hour.
