">Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Nutrition Specialist. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in managing nutritional services at our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing the nutritional needs of residents, developing individualized meal plans, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, monitoring and documenting residents' nutritional status, providing nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff, collaborating with teams to improve overall health and well-being, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field, be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice, have knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred), possess strong organizational and communication skills, maintain a positive attitude, and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
