About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance II to join our team at NDCP in Colonie, NY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Ensure that the selecting aisles are aligned, and product is brought forward in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring the floor is clear of debris and adhering to sanitation requirements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate electric material handling equipment to relocate product in the warehouse while cleaning product slots and trailers.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean out company trailers, remove empty pallets/crates, sweep and wash out as needed.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Follow sanitation requirements to comply with policy set forth by the Company and food safety accredited organizations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to work without supervision, ability to work flexible schedule, ability to read and interpret documents, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.06, with opportunities for overtime after 40 hours. Our schedule is 5 days a week, Sunday through Thursday, with a 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift.
