Role Summary
The Steel Reinforcement Fabricator plays a vital role at Jensen Precast. In this position, you will be responsible for constructing steel cages according to detailed production schematics. The durability and excellence of our products hinge on your precise execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
As a Steel Reinforcement Fabricator, you will collaborate closely with the cage fabrication, quality assurance, and production teams under the guidance of the Production Supervisor. Your daily tasks will include:
- Interpreting production schematics to ascertain the dimensions of mesh and rebar required for each cage.
- Assembling reinforcing rebar in accordance with specifications using hand tools.
- Verifying that the reinforcing steel/rebar is positioned accurately in line with quality assurance protocols.
- Upholding a safe and organized workspace.
