Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all departmental functions during their shift. This role involves:

  • Collaborating with management to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in line with established protocols.
  • Serving as a resource for staff and embodying the organization's vision and values.
  • Assisting with patient admission and discharge processes to enhance care efficiency.
  • Participating in ongoing assessments of patient care quality in collaboration with the management team.
  • Supporting nursing engagement initiatives and operational strategies.
