We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Hospitalists to join our team at WVU Medicine. As a Pediatric Hospitalist, you will provide comprehensive inpatient clinical care to patients with disease and injuries of the human internal organ system and establish preventive health practices for patients.
Responsibilities- Provide 24-hour call coverage and round on admitted patients, including nursery
- Support the Emergency Department by providing consultative services and admission to unassigned patients
- Collaborate with community pediatricians to provide coverage as requested with appropriate notice and sign-out
- M.D. or D.O. degree or foreign equivalent
- Completed residency in Pediatrics or Family Medicine and West Virginia Medical License eligible
- Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Pediatrics
