About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ardent Mills. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of plant operations and equipment to provide expert guidance and support.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a maintenance or operations role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Physical ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
