Job Title: Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Occupational Therapist

Core Medical Group is seeking a skilled travel occupational therapist to join our team in Scappoose, Oregon.

About the Job

This is a 13-week travel job with 35 hours per week, working 7 hours a day. The ideal candidate will have experience working in skilled nursing facilities and be able to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this travel occupational therapist position, you must have:

  • A degree in occupational therapy
  • Current licensure as an occupational therapist in the state of Oregon
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
