We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Acute Inpatient Post Surgical Unit on night shift. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Provide professional nursing care, exercising independent judgment and utilizing knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety, and related criteria for the appropriate age populations.
- Lead by example, working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
