Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Day-Time Merchandise Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a positive store culture.
  • Support and participate in store recovery, maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to company procedures and standards.
  • Initiate and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Able to work effectively with peers and supervisors, and possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Retail customer experience preferred.
