About the Job:

This Litigation In-House Counsel position requires a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active law licensure in at least one state. You should have 5+ years of litigation experience and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in managing complex cases.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise litigation brought against State Farm entities and/or handle discovery issues">
  • Formulate litigation strategies with outside counsel">
  • Assist in trial preparation and prepare company witnesses for depositions and other testimony">
  • Analyze legal problems and interpret laws and regulations">
