Salary: From $23 to $30 per hour (pay dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced countertop craftsman to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cutting, fabricating, and installing high-quality countertops made from granite and marble.

• We require 1+ years of successful experience in general construction (residential or commercial). If you have direct countertop installation experience, this is a plus.
• Coachable & willing to learn, grow, contribute
• Accountable We have key performance indicators (KPIs) for our installers, and you are expected to meet these standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Measuring and cutting stone to exact specifications
• Fabricating and assembling countertops
• Installing countertops in residential and commercial settings
• Ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations

The successful candidate will possess the following requirements:

• Experience using grinders and polishers
• CAD/Templating procedures using LT software a huge plus
• Familiarity with EasedEdge software is a huge plus.
• The ability to operate forklifts and cranes is a plus.
• Effective, professional, and thoughtful communication (especially verbally) with our clients, your team, suppliers, and staff.

Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4:30 pm (start and end times may vary depending on the project and location). Overtime and Saturday work are possible.
