Snow Plow Operator

We are seeking a skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team at DeHamer Landscaping. As a key member of our snow removal team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently clearing snow and ice from commercial and residential roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.

• Operate company-provided snow plowing equipment to remove snow and ice from designated areas.
• Maintain accurate records of plowing routes, hours worked, and materials used.
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding conditions, equipment issues, and completed tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe operations of equipment.
• Maintain good attendance and arrive promptly for each snow event.

• Valid driver's license with two years of driving experience and a clean record.
• Previous experience operating snow plow equipment or similar heavy machinery.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to work in cold weather and perform manual tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety.
• Must be 18 years or older to work nighttime hours.
