Pediatric Nursing Opportunities

Join Columbus Regional Hospital's dedicated Pediatric Unit, where our specially trained nursing staff provides high-quality care to pediatric patients from infants to age 17. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will have the opportunity to work with local pediatricians and family practice physicians to support the needs of pediatric patients and their families.

Key Highlights:

  • Competitive hourly base rate starting at $30.40, with experienced nurses earning in the top 25% of nurses in the region.
  • Opportunities for shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums.
  • Benefit-eligible position with at least 16 hours per week.
  • 2 -12-hour night shifts (24 hours/week) with start/end times of 7pm-7:30am, including holiday and weekend requirements.

Requirements:

  • Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Frequent standing, walking, talking, and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs.
