Novant Health is seeking a skilled Mobile MRI Tech to join our team. As a Mobile MR Technologist, you will travel with our mobile MR truck and assist physicians in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Your expertise in preparing patients and safely operating MR equipment will be essential in obtaining high-quality diagnostic scans.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Operate MRI equipment, maintaining high-quality diagnostic scans
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and efficient procedures
• Develop and maintain effective communication with customers and radiologists
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• 2-year Associate Degree, preferred
• ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program, required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in MR, required
• Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR), required
• IV Credentialed, required
• Applicable state license, required
