Our Practice

  • We offer a wide range of cases, including general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, GI/endo, ortho, podiatry, and ENT (including pediatrics).
  • We prioritize a work-life balance, with back-up call from home and a 1:8 rotation.
  • Our daily work culture is collaborative and collegiate, with a focus on mutual respect and support.
  • We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $225,000 (W2) to $255,000, plus additional call and shifts worked incentives.
  • We provide 8 weeks of scheduled time off and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, HSA and company HSA donation, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
  • We prioritize retention and work collaboratively to ensure coverage for time off.
