About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Express. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with various tasks such as stocking and folding merchandise.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a great customer experience by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including the stock room and fitting rooms, to ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers.
  • Assist with product launches, including setting up displays and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
