We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at H-E-B. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the coordination between Forecasting and Replenishment, Suppliers, Brokers, and Store Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learns to analyze and implement category management processes and activities
  • Learns space planning plan-o-gram (POG) software
  • Learns to use category knowledge base (CKB) reports
  • Learns to read AutoCAD, Revit, and floor planning documentation
  • Creates and captures plan-o-grams for store operation execution based on BDM strategy
  • Imports and exports space planning POG and financial metrics to help analyze business decisions
  • Collaborates with BDM to create POGs based on 5-year plan for all Shelf Edge activities
  • Ensures accurate capturing of product attributes (e.g., product dimensions, description, size, unit of measure, presentation, capacity, item status)
  • Monitors and corrects daily POG exception reports
  • Manages primary section assignments by Store for assigned categories

Requirements

  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, consumer-packaged goods, or familiarity with plan-o-grams
