Job Description:

Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Electrician Technician to join our team. As an Electrician Technician, you will be responsible for installing, measuring, and terminating electrical systems in accordance with industry standards.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrician Technician to work on various electrical projects, including installing, measuring, and terminating electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical theory, methods, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install electrical systems and equipment in accordance with plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards
  • Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit
  • Pull wiring through conduit and terminate wiring and panels
  • Install transformers, automatic transfer switches, and switchgear
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble equipment according to product specifications
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and wiring schematics

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of electrical experience
  • Licensed Journeyman Electrician
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical theory and methods, materials, tools, equipment, and systems used in the electrical trade
  • Experience with electrical wiring, blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and conduit installation
  • Current and valid United States driver's license and reliable transportation
