We are seeking a talented Developmental Interventionist to join our team at California Psychcare, Inc.

Salary: $20-$23 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for candidates with a completed BA or BS degree

Job Description:

Job Overview

The Developmental Interventionist will assist in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
  • Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
  • Spanish Bilingual Required If needed
  • Reliable Transportation
