Geriatric Counselor

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist or Social Worker to join our team at Psychiatric Medical Care LLC. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to older adults experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with Medicare guidelines.
• Participate in local community education initiatives to promote mental health awareness.

• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call duties.

• Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state; may include LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. preferred.
