As an Early Childhood Speech Pathologist at Developmental Disabilities Institute, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive salary range of $55,091.40 - $66,109.68 per year. Your Role
As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality education and therapeutic services to young children with disabilities. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of promoting optimal outcomes for these children. You will work closely with other professionals, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and NYSED licensure in Speech/Language Pathology. ASHA certification is preferred, as is experience working with young children with disabilities. You must also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidential and accurate documentation of client records.
