We offer a competitive salary range of $63,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to ensure that our Nurse Residents receive a fair compensation package for their hard work and dedication. Job Description

As a Nurse Resident, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect total nursing care to identified age-specific groups under the supervision of a preceptor. You will participate in clinical learning environments, including synchronous and asynchronous learning, to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic setting. Upon successful completion of the 12-month nurse resident program, you will transition to independent practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).

The ideal candidate should possess a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Arizona and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
