Amsted Rail Company Inc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Professional to join our team in this challenging role. As a Strategic Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to employees and management on various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $**85,000 - $110,000**, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with employees and management to communicate HR-related information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the Human Resources function at a manufacturing facility.
  • Previous experience managing labor contracts, grievances is preferred.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
