Culver's is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter and Crew Member to join our team. As a Porter and Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Food Safety: Demonstrate a strong commitment to sanitation and food safety practices, consistently adhering to company standards.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including landscaping and snow removal.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Stock Rotation and Inventory: Rotate stock in the cooler, freezer, and dry storage area using the First In-First Out method, monitoring shelf life and code dates.
  • Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, with a preference for weekday and weekend availability.
  • Dependability: Demonstrate reliability and dependability in your work, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management.
  • Physical Abilities: Stand constantly, walk constantly, sit occasionally, and handle objects frequently, with the ability to lift/carry 10 lbs or less constantly, 11-20 lbs constantly, 21-50 lbs frequently, and 51-100 lbs frequently.
