About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Development Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts and identify top talent for our district.


Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales, with expertise in using platforms like Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools. They will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, managing job postings, supporting agent development, building candidate pipelines, and collaborating with agency owners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective plans to source high-caliber candidates for agency ownership, Protege participants, and staff roles.
  • Source and Screen Candidates: Leverage platforms such as Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and social media to identify and screen potential candidates.
  • Manage Job Postings: Craft and manage job advertisements across platforms to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Support Agent Development: Assist in onboarding new agents and staff, ensuring proper licensing, training, and compliance.
  • Build Candidate Pipelines: Maintain a consistent pool of prospects for immediate and future staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with Agents: Partner with agency owners to identify staffing requirements and provide recruiting solutions tailored to their needs.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, insurance, sales, or management is required.
  • Proficiency in Platforms: Expertise with Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Strong background in sales and marketing to identify and attract top-performing candidates.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to connect with and inspire candidates.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Insurance: Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus, especially regarding licensing and compliance requirements.
