Salary
Salary: $850 per day, with potential for relocation stipend and sign-on bonus.

Job Description
As a Lead Dentist – Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. You will assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Your key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, offering treatment planning options, and providing high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency. Additionally, you will maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals, keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development. Furthermore, you will network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Your expertise in dentistry, combined with your ability to collaborate and innovate, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
