Job Title: Stepdown Cardiac RN

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Reliant Staffing Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stepdown cardiac care and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including those who are critically ill or unstable.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including EKGs, and respond to changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
Requirements:
  • 1.5 years of experience in stepdown cardiac care or a related field.
  • Current BLS, NIH, and ACLS certifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret EKG strips.
  • IV start experience.
  • EPIC experience.
  • Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment.
Benefits:
  • 36 Hour Travel Package: $2,565.00 Taxable Amount/week, $1,340.00 Non Taxable/week, $1,225.00 Hourly Taxable Rate, $30.63 Hourly Per Diem, $64.13 Blended Hourly Rate, $50.25 OT Rate.
  • Maximum Lodging per week: $777.00.
  • Maximum M&IE per week: $448.00.
  • Assignment Gross: $33,345.00.
