Tire Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team in City of Industry, CA. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for pressing and mounting tires on lift trucks, man lifts, and skid steers.


Your primary work will be in the field, traveling in a fully loaded service vehicle to perform top-notch work on equipment and interact with customers. You will be expected to have a strong mechanical aptitude and two years of tire pressing experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pressing and mounting tires on lift trucks, man lifts, and skid steers
  • Performing tire work in the field, traveling in a service vehicle
  • Interacting with customers and providing excellent service
  • Frequently lifting and moving up to 75lbs
  • Operating a forklift (training available)

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay based on your skills, training, and experience level, ranging from $20-24/hr. Our benefits package includes 401(k) and Roth 401(k) retirement plans, medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and an employee assistance program.


We also offer progressive vacation plans, sick leave, and paid holidays, with 80 hours of vacation time (prorated for new hires) and 40 hours of sick leave. Our company is known for its stability, honesty, and integrity, and we offer opportunities for advancement and growth.


Requirements
  • Driver's license with a good driving record
  • Two years of tire pressing experience and a mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75lbs
  • Ability to operate a forklift (training available)
