Job Overview

Clayens is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.
  • Inspect and package products to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
  • Document and report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
