Job Summary
We are seeking a board-certified or eligible physician with expertise in trauma surgery to join our team of medical specialists. This is a full-time position that requires active ATLS certification. The selected candidate will work closely with our hospital's Level II Trauma Center to provide inpatient and outpatient care to patients with acute injuries and conditions. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in leadership development programs and contribute to our mission of delivering compassionate and personalized care to our community.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality patient care through consultation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute injuries and conditions
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
* Participate in leadership development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements
* Board certification or eligibility in general surgery or related specialty
* Active ATLS certification
* Ability to obtain a Florida medical license
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
