AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN


As an Automotive Technician at Monro, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of our guests' vehicles. We offer a comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and advance in your career.


Key Responsibilities:


• Perform a range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including brakes, suspension, tire installation, and scheduled maintenance

• Secure guest approval for work and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform repairs and maintenance as needed

• Test drive guest vehicles and use our shop truck safely to pick up inventory

• Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians


Requirements:


• 2+ years of automotive technician experience

• Valid Driver License

• Basic set of automotive tools

• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs

• Guest and team-focused mindset
