About the Role

We're seeking a skilled housekeeper to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction during their stay at our Provincetown Inn. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, restocking toiletries, and performing laundry duties
  • Manage the cleanliness of common spaces, including hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby
  • Document rooms cleaned and report any lost or found items, damage, or repairs needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a professional housekeeper
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
