Bridal Stylist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a seasonal sales associate at David's Bridal. As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, working with brides-to-be to find their perfect wedding gown, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

• This is a seasonal position available during peak season (typically from spring to fall).
• You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining store standards.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and a strong ability to work as part of a team.

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a 5-star experience.
2. Work closely with brides-to-be to understand their needs and preferences, offering guidance and support throughout the dress-finding process.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including dress styles, fabrics, and sizing.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, adhering to company standards.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred, with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software an asset.

The estimated salary range for this position is $15-$17.20 per hour, based on location and experience.
