Classroom Aide

Job Description:
The Classroom Aide is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the classroom, working closely with teachers to provide individualized attention to students, and contributing to a positive and productive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and behavior
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders regarding student needs and progress

Requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Estimated salary: $35,000 - $48,000 per year
