Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Arms Wide Open ABA - SD. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and implementing applied behavior analysis techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions grounded in applied behavior analysis principles
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform treatment plan modifications
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
