We are seeking a skilled Construction Janitor to join our team at Compass Group USA. As a Construction Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner
- Dust and damp mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Move equipment and furniture as needed to facilitate cleaning and maintenance
- Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment
- Sanitize all surfaces to prevent the spread of illness and infection
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a high level of quality and consistency
- Previous experience in construction cleaning and maintenance is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture as needed
