Job Summary:

Experience the thrill of teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages in a world-class environment. As a Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructor with Vail Resorts, you will deliver exceptional instruction and guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and abilities.
  • Deliver world-class guest service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Create a safe and fun learning environment, adapting to the needs of each guest.
  • Support ski school operations, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch.
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the ski school.
Requirements:
  • Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
  • Successful completion of training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
