Transportation Specialist

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting patients, specimens, and equipment throughout the facility.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Transporting patients via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed to designated sites as requested, including patients with oxygen tanks, intravenous pumps, drips, monitors, and other equipment.
• Assisting patients with entering and exiting vehicles, including transfer from or to wheelchairs or stretchers.
• Delivering equipment and specimens to requesting staff or department.
• Providing information and direction to patients and visitors.

Minimum Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• CPI preferred.
