Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Ropeswing Hospitality Group. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning assignments and adhere to standard operating procedures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or lost and found items to a supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a clean and attractive environment.
  • Dust and polish furniture, décor, light fixtures, and other surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Wipe down glass surfaces and keep windows clean and smudge-free.
  • Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry, and iron and press linens to ensure a clean and well-presented environment.
  • Use equipment and supplies correctly and have MSDS sheets available, and cleaning chemicals stored in a secure location.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our members by reading and responding to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support for event and special program coordination and execution.
  • Assist members with any requests or issues that may arise.
  • Stay knowledgeable about all products, services, and events happening within the house.
  • Self-manage by following attendance policies, clocking in and out correctly, adhering to dress code, and being proactive in accomplishing duties.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Available to work Sunday through Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial housekeeping position, preferred.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
  • Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Clean and professional appearance.
  • Must be able to maneuver a fully loaded housekeeping cart, weighing up to 50lbs, through hallways and into/out of closets/club house during the entire workday.
  • Must be able to bend down and get on and off the floor numerous times per day.
