Overview

Soliant Education has partnered with a school district to find a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify students' strengths, needs, and goals.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments.
  • Collaborate with families, faculty, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technician's (RBTs).
Qualifications
  • Mandatory certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • A Master's degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
