Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual compensation range: $400,000 - $600,000.

Responsibilities Include:

Patient Care:

  • Assess and manage a variety of medical conditions.
  • Formulate and execute detailed treatment strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and histories.

Effective Communication:

  • Engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams effectively.
  • Deliver clear and concise medical information.
  • Promote a collaborative, patient-centered healthcare approach.

Documentation:

  • Maintain precise and current patient records.
  • Document clinical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant coding and billing standards.

Diagnostic Procedures:

  • Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging.
  • Perform required procedures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic assessments.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work alongside nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
  • Provide consultative support to fellow healthcare providers.

Quality Improvement:

  • Engage in quality assurance and enhancement initiatives.
  • Analyze clinical outcomes for ongoing improvement.
  • Implement strategies to improve patient care and safety.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to established standards.

Continuous Professional Development:

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid and unrestricted medical license, preferably in California.
  • Board eligible or board certified in the relevant medical specialty (ABMS or AOA).
  • Completion of an accredited residency program.
  • Proficiency in CT, MR, X-ray, and ultrasound imaging.

Compensation Rate:
$192.00 per hour
