About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate RN to join our General Medicine and Surgery unit. As an RN Resident, you will participate in a comprehensive residency program that is tailored to your needs and goals. You will work closely with a coach to develop your clinical skills, build your confidence, and achieve your full potential as a nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients with a range of medical and surgical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
