Bachoco USA's Fort Smith, AR facility is seeking a skilled Quality Control Associate to join our team. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before they are shipped out to our customers.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16.25 and a range of benefits, including weekly attendance incentives, night shift premiums, and paid holidays. Our comprehensive benefits package also includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401K and life insurance options.

In this role, you will inspect products for quality and consistency, identify any defects or irregularities, and take corrective action as necessary. You must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, and reach with your hands and arms. Regularly lifting and moving up to 25-40 pounds is also required.
